I was totally impressed with everything and everyone. The receptionist was friendly and the waiting room comfortable. The technician who escorted me to the first examination room was both personable and professional. I was quite comfortable with the examination. Following the initial examination, she moved me to another waiting area and assured me that the wait would be brief. It was. Then I was taken to the other examination room. Dr. Chadow arrived and was polite and courteous; even more, he was highly professional. He asked detailed questions, explained procedures and medications, responded to my questions, and always asked if I had other questions or concerns.

Dr. Thadani was held up in surgery, staff was concerned about my wait time and rescheduled me with Elvis Salvis. Thorough exam, good experience. Dr. Thadani apologetic- sometimes there are things in healthcare we can't control! I understand. Front desk greeted me with a smile and were helpful. I have referred people to this practice and will continue to do so. See you next year!

Had 2 cataract surgeries performed within a month. What an experience!!! Dr Thadani is an absolute pleasure to work with. He explained everything so I could understand it. Both procedures went flawlessly!! Most impressive was Dr Thadani met me on a Sunday am to check out a concern I had! WAY BEYOND the call of duty!! He, Dr Salas and ALL the members of their staff, should be commended!!!,

Dr. Salas is an exceptional eye doctor. From the moment I walked in, I felt truly cared for and listened to. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and takes the time to explain everything clearly without rushing. His professionalism is matched by genuine compassion, which made the entire experience comfortable and reassuring.
The office staff is welcoming and efficient, and the overall atmosphere is calm and well organized. I left feeling confident in my care and grateful to have found such a dedicated physician. I highly recommend Dr. Salas to anyone looking for excellent eye care.

The staff, Medical Techs were exceptional!!! It’s rare to walk into a Medical office where you are treated in a Professional yet kind way. Dr. Chado could not have done a better job explaining what I needed. Concise, smart and listened to my questions. Why are not all Medical practices this good?!?

Front desk personnel and patient assistants are very nice. Dr. Chado did a good dilated exam of both eyes, and asked if I had any questions or concerns. I had a good experience from start to finish.
